Henderson started this evening’s 1-0 win over Manchester City.
But the Liverpool captain was substituted and replaced by Divock Origi in the second half of the match at Anfield.
I hope it's not too serious
And after the game, Klopp admitted he hopes the England international's injury isn’t to serious.
"It's a bit of a problem with the heel,” Klopp said.
“I don't know exactly what it is. I hope it's not too serious."
Henderson suffered a heel injury last season during the first weeks of Klopp’s management at Liverpool.
The England international continued to play through the pain that his condition, which affects the ligament in the sole of the foot, caused him.
He flew to America for a number of treatments in order to see him through to the end of last season.
It is not known if this is a recurrence of the injury.

Georginio Wijnaldum's header was enough for Liverpool to beat City
It was a game of few clear cut chances at Anfield
Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool travel to Sunderland on Monday
Liverpool went into today’s clash at Anfield nine points off league leaders Chelsea, who beat Stoke 4-2 earlier today.
Georginio Wijnaldum’s eighth-minute header was enough for the reds to see off title rivals City.
Klopp added: "I know everyone talks about our defence. It's not about avoiding goals - that's the end product - it's about how we work together.
"I think we have the smallest number of shots on our goal in the league. Tonight the concentration level was outstanding.
"I don't care about criticism of our defence. You always pick out things that aren't right but that's how goals are."
Manchester City are now 10 points off league leaders Chelsea
And City boss Pep Guardiola said: "It was an equal game. The goal made it difficult against a team who use the counter-attack like a master. The second half was much better.
"We have to wake up for another game. We need to focus and work - we can't think about the big goals."
