LIVERPOOL are pushing to sign Paris Saint-Germain playmaker Jese Rodriguez in January, it has been revealed.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is thought to be eyeing new recruits for next month's transfer window.
Rodriguez, 23, looks set to exit PSG after just six months at the Ligue 1 champions.
It is thought Rodriguez is free to leave after PSG agreed to sign Wolfsburg midfielder Julian Draxler for £38m when the transfer window opens.
Las Palmas have been vocal in their interest in the Spain international, who quit Real Madrid for PSG in a £21million deal this summer.
Liverpool, Milan and Roma want Jese
But Las Palmas president Miguel Angel Ramirez has told Spanish newspaper Las Provincia that other clubs with greater financial muscle are interested in the player.
"Jese Rodriguez is a great footballer. He wants to come to Las Palmas, but he is owned by PSG and earns a salary that is of his level and that is very high,” Ramirez said.
"Liverpool, Milan and Roma want Jese and are ready to pay what he earns. We cannot afford that salary.

"With respect to other clubs, we are at a disadvantage and hence we have to wait.
"But we don't want to create false expectations."
Liverpool will lose influential attacker Sadio Mane to the Africa Cup of Nations next month, while Daniel Sturridge's future at Anfield remains in question.
