Express Sport understands both Manchester United and Chelsea are keen on landing Colombia international Rodriguez.
It is claimed the playmaker could cost as much as £75million, even though his future at Real Madrid is far from secure.
Reports yesterday suggested Rodriguez has rejected a new contract at the Bernabeu and is seeking to leave the club.
But he may not be heading to the Premier League.
According to Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, Rodriguez does not want to play under manager Zinedine Zidane anymore.
And it is claimed both Juve and Inter Milan could make an offer for the 25-year-old.
Juve spent over £100m on new players in January, with Gonzalo Higuain alone costing £75m - an Italian transfer record.
CEO Beppe Marotta has always insisted the Turin club can financially compete with the European elite in the transfer window.

It is added that Rodriguez is not the only player on Juve’s wish list, with deals for Axel Witsel, Corentin Tolisso and Tiemoue Bakayoko all supposedly being done ahead of the transfer window opening.
United are thought to be leading the race to sign Rodriguez and Real have the opportunity to sign a replacement after having a court decision banning them from signing players in the two 2017 transfer windows halved.
Chelsea, however, have £60m to spend after the departure of Oscar to Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG.
