The defender has made just five appearances for the Gunners and his last outing came in the 2-0 home defeat to Southampton at the end of November.

Wenger admitted the 24-year-old had lost confidence after he was booed in the defeat.
The Frenchman said: “You think you are there and then you will play and realise you are not as good as you think you should be and you lose confidence. He is going through that period at the moment."
Now the London Evening Standard claim West Ham want to bring Jenkinson back to the club.

Jenkinson spent the past two seasons with the Hammers on temporary deals.
The England international made 59 appearances for the Hammers in all competitions before he returned to Arsenal after suffering an injury.
Hull, Swansea and Aston Villa are also interested in taking the right-back on loan until the end of the season.
