Bellamy: Liverpool is a few players short of winning title

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Santos star Thiago Maia
Liverpool have reportedly registered a proposal with Santos to sign Brazilian defensive midfielder Thiago Maia.
That is according to ESPN Brazil who claim the Reds, Monaco, Schalke, Napoli and Zenit St Petersburg are all monitoring his progress.
It is claimed Santos are willing to offload the 19-year-old if they receive a respectable offer.
A move to Anfield would see Maia link up with fellow Brazil stars Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino and Lucas Leiva.
