JORDAN HENDERSON has heaped praise on Liverpool star Adam Lallana ahead of the Merseyside derby against rivals Everton tonight (8pm).

Lallana, 28, has been one of Liverpool's stand-out performers this season after being moved into a more central attacking midfield role by manager Jurgen Klopp.
The midfielder has been involved in 12 Premier League goals already term, scoring six goals and providing six assists - more than any other English player.
Lallana grabbed the headlines once again in the Reds' 3-0 win over Middlesbrough last week after scoring twice at the Riverside.

And Henderson reckons Lallana's plaudits are richly deserved as he continues to go from 'strength to strength'.
“Adam has been getting headlines for the past few months and rightly so because he’s got goals and assists,” Henderson told the Liverpool Echo.
“But for us as a team I think he’s been at this level for the last 18 months to two years with the performances he’s been putting in.

“I don’t think it’s the case that he’s just been doing it for the past four or five months. Since the manager came in, Adam has been brilliant.
“He’s gone from strength to strength. You can see he’s full of confidence at the minute.
“He’s been arriving in good areas and scoring goals. For us as a team, we always knew how good he is.”
