Theo Walcott makes promise to Arsenal fans: This will not happen against Bayern Munich
ARSENAL forward Theo Walcott believes there will be no repeat of last season's 5-1 defeat to Bayern Munich when the two sides meet in the last 16 of the Champions League.

The Gunners were drawn against the German side in the competition for the third time in the last four campaigns.
Last season the clubs meet in the group stages and after winning the home tie 2-0, Arsenal were comfortably beaten at the Allianz Arena.
However Walcott feels Arsenal have improved and are capable of causing an upset.
"You've got to face the best teams in the Champions League," he said.

"They won't want to play Arsenal.
"I'm not going to lie when I say that it's going to be a very difficult game, we know how hard it's going to be.

"We've just got to look at ourselves and think how we've improved this season compared to the seasons we've played them recently. We lost 5-1 at their place last season, we can't be doing stuff like that. We're a lot more resilient this year.
"I can't really see that happening. We're a lot more focused and dedicated. Who knows? We'll see, but we'll give them a good game, definitely."
