Crystal Palace beat Southampton 3-0 at Selhurst Park on Saturday to end a run of six successive defeats in the Premier League.
Pardew admitted before the game he was under pressure but the win lifted the Eagles to 13th in the table.
And Parish insists he has every faith in the 55-year-old manager to turn Crystal Palace's fortunes around this season.

Pardew took charge at Palace in January and guided the south London club to a 15th-place finish and the FA Cup final in his first campaign.
"Alan has a 41 per cent win record at Palace which is pretty astonishing,” Parish told talkSPORT.
"It's totally safe (Pardew's job) in that every manager is under pressure. It's a binary industry and you have to win football matches.

"We have to find the balance. There's plenty right and we just need to fix the things that are wrong.
“If we're in crisis then there are a lot of clubs in crisis. We need to get points on the board and everyone is behind Alan in doing that.
"He's a positive force around the football club. If you look at the league, the top teams have gone on to a different level but it's very flat at the bottom."
