Steve Holland and Antonio Conte have overseen Chelsea's solid start to the season
According to the Daily Mail, Holland has agreed to join Southgate's England regime, although the Blues will hold on to him in the near future.
It is claimed Chelsea and the FA have reached a compromise which will see the highly-rated 46-year-old remain his dual role until the summer of 2017.
As a result, Conte's strong-looking campaign will not be disrupted by his assistant's sudden departure.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho worked with Steve Holland at Chelsea
The pair apparently have a close relationship from their time together in the Under-21s set-up, with Holland having taken a hands-on approach in training.
He has been at Chelsea since 2009, and has worked with a number of managers at the west London club without losing his own job.
But this will now be his last season with the Blues, and Express Sport understands Holland's preference is to stay until at least the end of this term before leaving for England.
