Bayern Munich chief blasts Manchester United in stinging attack
BAYERN MUNICH president Uli Hoeness has launched a scathing attack on Manchester United for their treatment of Bastian Schweinsteiger.

Schweinsteiger was signed from Bayern in the summer of 2015 when former boss Louis van Gal was in charge.
However, the World Cup winner had been exiled from the United first team following the appointment of Jose Mourinho in May.
And Hoeness believes that Schweinsteiger should "make Manchester United pay" for the way Mourinho has treated him.

Hoeness' attack on United is perhaps due to Schweinsteiger's popularity at Bayern.

And he won a huge array of honours during that time, including eight Bundesliga titles and the Champions League in 2013.
