Carrick continues to shine for Manchester United, with the midfielder being credited for bringing out the best from Paul Pogba.

With his contract due to expire next summer, it means Carrick can talk to other clubs when the transfer window reopens in January.
The report claims that there is currently no deal on the table for Carrick - which could plunge his future into uncertainty.
It was a similar case a year ago where Mourinho's predecessor Louis van Gaal was undecided on keeping Carrick at the club.

The 34-year-old remains a key individual but has been limited to just eight league appearances so far this season.
Mourinho has spoken of using his mindfully and could pursue a long-term replacement for him in the summer.
One veteran that will be staying at the club is former Sweden international Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Ibrahimovic scored as United salvaged a point against West Ham on Sunday and Mourinho has already confirmed they will be activating a clause in his contract to extend his stay into a second season.
