It’s always a bit of a gamble of expectations
“We don’t plan to go unchanged that often,” Klopp told Sky Sports.
“I think most of the time because of little issues, because the team usually in most of the games play well enough to give them another chance and that’s how it was at Southampton.
“A lot of things were really good and so we can use a few things from the Southampton games and try to improve in this game.
“And we have to do that because it’s a really difficult job.”
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp named an unchanged squad for the Sunderland clash
Liverpoool are hosting Sunderland at Anfield today
Liverpool are clear favourites to beat Sunderland, who begin this clash 19th in the Premier League.
But Klopp warned against expecting too much of his side at Anfield.
“It’s always a bit of a gamble of expectations, with a game like this, everybody expects us to win it clearly,” he added.
“We need to find the right mood and attitude to be ready for another fight and another hard more, to do a decent job in this game.
“That was the things we spoke about and I hope we can do it.”
