Tony Pulis wants to make more big-money signings in January
Pulis wants more players like £12million striker Salomon Rondon and £13m record signing Nacer Chadli. And he has urged new West Brom owner Guochuan Lai to bankroll spending in the transfer window.
"We've got to go away from where we've been before, where we sign five or six players and take chances with them," he said. "We have to try to change the tide. There is buying to sell and buying to push on and that's what we've got to recognise and realise."

Mike Phelan has urged Hull fans to keep the faith
West Brom face Hull today with head coach Mike Phelan urging fans not to abandon their Premier League survival bid - after the 2-1 win over Southampton this month was watched by the club's lowest-ever Premier League crowd of 17,768.
He said: "No one wants to see empty seats but that's where we are at the moment. We're in the big league and I would have thought that was a nice incentive to get involved."
