Defender rules out Chelsea return as Antonio Conte eyes January reinforcements
CHELSEA defender Andreas Christensen has ruled out returning to the club this season.
Andreas Christensen at Borussia Mönchengladbach
Christensen is currently in the second year of a two-year loan deal with Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach.
His fine performances in Germany have led to talk that he could return to Stamford Bridge before the end of the season.
However, speaking before his side's Champions League clash with Manchester City tonight (7.45pm) Christensen has played down speculation linking him with a premature return.

Chelsea left it late to re-sign David Luiz this summer
Express Sport understands the Blues manager is keen to bolster his backline when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.
Conte missed out on several high-profile targets in the summer - though ultimately landed David Luiz and Marcos Alonso.
However, with John Terry showing his age and Kurt Zouma only just returning from injury, the former Juventus manager wants more players ahead of a potential title challenge.
