Loftus-Cheek is considered one of Chelsea's hottest academy prospects but he has struggled to kick-on in the first team.
The 20-year-old has made 24 appearances for the Blues but chances have been few and far between for the midfielder under Antonio Conte.
He has made just one Premier League appearance since the Italian arrived at Stamford Bridge and the London Evening Standard claim he could leave on loan in January.

The report says Chelsea will consider allowing the England Under-21 international to leave on a short-term loan in January.
The club reportedly have no intention of selling Loftus-Cheek or allowing a buy-on clause to be implemented into the loan deal.
Loftus-Cheek's chances of first-team football took a hit last month after the Blues were knocked out of the EFL Cup by West Ham.
Fellow England U21 international Nathan Chalobah has also moved ahead of him in the pecking order this season.

Loftus-Cheek, meanwhile, has made three appearances in all competitions this term but has been troubled with back and hamstring injuries.
