While the 23-year-old has contract until 2020, he is only on £60,000-a-week which is less than team-mate Moussa Sissoko on £95,000-a-week.
Kane has been linked with a move to Manchester United in past.
And Parlour feels he would be ideal to take over from 35-year-old Ibrahimovic.
"I'm sure Manchester United will be looking at him," he told talkSPORT.
