JOEY BARTON has had his Rangers contract terminated, and fans of rival clubs find it very funny indeed...
The 34-year-old has not played for Rangers since the 5-1 defeat to Celtic in September, and was officially suspended by the club for three weeks after a training ground spat with team-mate Andy Halliday and manager Mark Warburton.
Barton was also charged by the Scottish FA with betting on 44 football matches in what has been an unhappy spell with the Ibrox club.
