Joey Barton slams Rangers following humiliating Celtic defeat
JOEY BARTON has condemned Rangers' poor performance after they were thrashed 5-1 in the Old Firm derby.

It was a hotly-anticipated clash following the Gers' return to the top flight but Mark Warburton's side found themselves outclassed by old foes Celtic.
A hat-trick from Moussa Dembele, along with goals from Scott Sinclair and Stuart Armstrong cancelled out Joe Garner's first-half header for the visitors.
And Rangers midfielder Barton has admitted the result was unacceptable, taking to Twitter to condemn the performance.
"No excuses. Nowhere near good enough for our football club yesterday," he wrote.

And the midfielder was not the only one disappointed with the visitor's performance, as Celtic legend John Hartson called the Gers "totally inept".
Rangers totally inept in every area
"Celtic won in 3rd gear.. Rangers totally inept in every area.. What a lovely stroll in the park for the Hoops," Hartson tweeted.
The result sees Celtic move two points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership with a game in hand over second-placed Hearts, while Rangers slipped to third.
