"We have a couple from this group that in January will probably be looking (to move on loan) at the older end.
"The reality is, that when you go out there it is what you do and Tammy, you could have envisaged Tammy hitting the ground running, but what Tammy has is a massive enthusiasm for the game.

FIFA president Gianni Infantino has criticised clubs that loan out numerous players
Fifa president Gianni Infantino recently criticised the policy of supposedly hoarding youth players to farm out to lower-league teams.
"I believe it is not right but it is permitted," said Infantino.
"It doesn't feel right for a club to just hoard the best young players and then to park them left and right.
“It's not good for the development of the player, it's not good for the club itself. We have to work on squad size limits."
"If his comments are directed our way, it shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how our loan strategy works because it has player development at its core," a Chelsea spokesman said.
"We would welcome him paying us a visit so we can show how our system works."
It was claimed earlier this season that the reason Chelsea offload so many players on loan is to make money on loan fees.
Juan Cuadrado is currently on a three-year loan deal at Juventus in which the Serie A champions pay the Blues a £5million fee.
But for Viveash the focus remains on youth development.
"It is great for them to go out and experience senior football and they are doing well in it," he said.
"It is great for Charlie Colkett and Jake, the pair at Bristol Rovers, in League One, in this league.
"I watched them play against Swindon and they both performed pretty well and it is different stages of where players are at."
