MANCHESTER UNITED midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger is attracting interest from Everton, according to reports.

The 32-year-old has been marginalised under Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.
Having been written off as an asset at the start of the season, Schweinsteiger appears destined to leave Old Trafford.
The World Cup winner, who is on a £180,000-a-week deal, has been keeping his fitness up in an effort to engineer a move away from Manchester United.

And according to the Star on Sunday, Everton have set their sights on a January deal.
It is thought Ronald Koeman is debating whether to bring Schweinsteiger to Goodison Park on loan.
The report suggests United may be prepared to subsidise half of his wages if a loan deal can be struck.

Schweinsteiger has also found himself linked with a move to the MLS.
Meanwhile, Mourinho was rather tetchy when asked whether Schweinsteiger would feature in Manchester United’s trip to Swansea tomorrow (3pm).
He said: “I decide, and I decide no.
