Manchester United legend slams Jose Mourinho over Michael Carrick treatment
FORMER Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has questioned Jose Mourinho's handling of Michael Carrick.
Fans react: West Ham, Arsenal and is Mourinho past it
The 35-year-old has made just four appearances this season but only one has come in the Premier League.
Man United were left frustrated after being held to a goalless draw by Burnley at Old Trafford.
It means they have just one win in seven league games.
And Ferdinand, who played with Carrick for club and country, is baffled by the hesitancy of United managers to play the midfielder.
The last couple of managers havent fancied Carrick...i really dont get it at all...his game never relied on pace either. Best passer at club
