Wolves sack manager Walter Zenga after less than three months in charge
WOLVES have parted company with manager Walter Zenga after less than three months.
Wolves have parted company with Walter Zenga
Zenga took charge of Wolves in July and has lasted just 87 days at the helm after a string of poor results.
The club are languishing in 18th place in the Championship and have won just two of their last ten league games.
The latest loss, a 1-0 home defeat to Leeds, was enough to convince new owners Fosun to wield the axe.

His contract has been terminated despite the Italian having the backing of the dressing room.
The players gave their full support to the former boss after Saturday's defeat at Elland Road.
And they had reportedly been impressed by his methods and felt he should have been given more time to turn things around.
"I can guarantee that every single player is behind the manager. I don't think the answer is from outside of what we've got already," midfielder Dave Edwards said.
"He's not been here very long, he's got the team playing in a more attacking way, and although we've conceded a few goals we, in general, look a lot more solid.
"What he's done in a short time has been good, but it's down to the players to turn that into points. That lies with us, not the manager."

However, new owners Fosun and the club's director Jeff Shi have acted swiftly to oust the Italian - their second manager in the space of just three months.
The club got rid of experienced boss Kenny Jackett in July.
Wolves now sit just four points above the relegation zone despite starting the season with serious ambitions for promotion.
