Recent reports suggested the west London outfit would be prepared to spend as much as £60m on the 29-year-old.
Chelsea and Manchester City both courted Bonucci over the summer, but he ended up staying put in Turin.
According to the Daily Mail though, a move to Stamford Bridge could rest with his family.
It is understood the player is keen to stay in Italy, as his son, Matteo, has been seriously ill and underwent surgery in July.
And depending on his son’s recovery, it could sway his decision whether to leave the Serie A giants.

The same report suggests Bonucci has been offered an improved deal with Juve.
It is believed the club want to pay him £100,000 a week and keep him in Italy until 2020.
