Antonio Conte's Chelsea got back to winning ways at Hull
The Blues went ahead when Willian swept home a sublime curling shot after good work from Diego Costa.
Costa sealed Chelsea’s win when he found the top corner soon after.
Conte used a new three-man defence in the win and he was pleased his side were able to keep a clean sheet.
He told Sky Sports: “I’m pleased for all the players because I think in this championship it is the second time we have had a clean sheet and it is important after two defeats.
“In the last four games we have conceded always two or three goals so to finish the game with a clean sheet is very important.
“We scored twice but we could have scored more.
“This is the way we must follow, work, work, work and try to improve our football a lot.
“But I’m pleased because I got the answer I wanted.”
