Aurier was also fined €600 (£521) in damages by a French court this morning over the incident at a Paris nightclub in May.
The 23-year-old pleaded not guilty to charges of acting violently towards a police officer and has remained free pending an appeal.
But reports suggest Aurier is unlikely to see jail time and will carry out community service instead, making him available for PSG’s Champions League clash at Ludogorets on Wednesday (7.45pm).
Aurier could still face Arsenal in PSG's Champions League return fixture
PSG will face Premier League side Arsenal in the return fixture of their Group A double-header, having drawn 1-1 with them at the Parc des Princes earlier this month.
Aurier started against the Gunners and provided the assist for Edinson Cavani's opener - and may be free to face Arsene Wenger’s side at the Emirates on November 23.
Police said the altercation took place shortly before dawn after Aurier left a night club in the Champs Elysees area of Paris in the summer.
"We're appealing," lawyer Claire Boutard de la Combe said. "Mr Aurier contests the findings. He's not guilty and must be acquitted."
Aurier was suspended by PSG in February for several weeks for appeared to use homophobic language to insult former coach Laurent Blanc.
He also called PSG team-mate Angel di Maria a "clown" as he answered fan questions on social media app Periscope.
Ivory Coast international Aurier, who has made six appearances for PSG this season, was sent off in their 2-0 defeat by Toulouse on Friday.
