Yaya Toure's agent REFUSES to apologise to Pep Guardiola
The pair have been deemed surplus to requirements at Manchester United and Manchester City, with managers Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola keen to offload the midfield outcasts.
The Daily Star claim both United and City are willing to listen to cut-price offers when the winter window opens - with PSG looking to swoop.
It is said the French champions will lodge separate offers of around £1.5million to take the stars off of the books of their respective clubs.

PSG are reportedly plotting a January double swoop for Bastian Schweinsteiger and Yaya Toure
Schweinsteiger, 32, has been banished to the United reserves after refusing to join Sporting Lisbon in the summer.
The Ukraine-born Seluk criticised Guardiola for leaving Toure out of their Champions League squad and has refused to apologise for his comments.
Toure currently earns £230,000-a-week at City and both him and Schweinsteiger would be eligible to play for PSG in the Champions League.
