Tottenham favourites to sign wonderkid: Liverpool, Man United and Arsenal also interested
TOTTENHAM are reportedly confident of signing Fulham wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon in January.
Premier League's youngest players: where are they now?
The 16-year-old is regarded as one of the brightest future prospects after making his Championship debut for the Cottagers in their 1-1 draw with Leeds last month.
He has since gone on to make a further four league appearances and has scored two goals - becoming the division's youngest-ever goalscorer in the process.
Fulham wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon is attracting interest from a host of clubs in the Premier League
And his impressive displays have not gone unnoticed with Premier League big boys Spurs, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United all being credited with interest.
But the Daily Mirror claim Spurs are the favourites to secure Sessegnon's signature in the winter window.
This will come as a blow to United, Liverpool and Arsenal who have all apparently made enquiries to sign the £5million-rated teenager.
Arsenal reportedly made an offer to sign the versatile youngster on deadline day, only for it to be rejected by Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic's side.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is renowned for bringing the best out of his players and should Sessegnon sign the Argentine would be keen to harness his talent and allow him to fulfil his potential.
