Manchester United first-team star left out of Jose Mourinho's Europa League squad
BASTIAN SCHWEINSTEIGER has been left out of Manchester United's Europa League squad.

The 32-year-old is included in Jose Mourinho's Premier League side but will play no part in their quest for European glory this season.
Schweinsteiger is not in Mourinho's plans and was told he could leave the club in the summer transfer window.

However, he left the Portuguese boss frustrated after rejecting a free transfer to Sporting Lisbon.
The Germany international is instead determined to fight for his place at Old Trafford and outlined this intention by releasing a statement on Twitter.
He said: “MUFC will be my last club in Europe. I respect other clubs, but Manchester United was the only one which could make me leave Bayern Munich.
