Hart has lost his place in the City starting XI since Pep Guardiola took charge and is yet to make a Premier League appearance this term.
The 29-year-old’s position at the club has also been threatened by the arrival of Claudio Bravo from Barcelona who signed a four-year deal today.
Hart seemed to make an emotional farewell to the fans after last night’s 1-0 win over Steaua Bucharest and has been linked with a number of clubs including Everton.
However, Toffees boss Koeman has today ruled out a move for the England international, claiming he has “no interest” in signing him.

Everton brought in former Fulham and Southampton goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg last month who has impressed so far this season.
Hart has made 266 Premier League appearances for City since signing from Shrewsbury in 2006 and has twice been named in the PFA Team of the Year.
