Chelsea Transfer Shock: Euro 2016 star reportedly agrees five-year Inter deal
CHELSEA look to have missed out on Joao Mario, according to reports.
Joao Mario looks to be Inter Milan bound
Recent reports suggested the Blues had moved ahead of Manchester United in the race to sign the Sporting Lisbon star as they were mulling over a £46million bid.
Antonio Conte intends to be busy this summer, and though he has signed Michy Batshuayi, he hopes to bring in plenty more faces through the door.
Mario has also been on Jose Mourinho's radar as he seeks to add some steel to his midfield.
But according to the Sun, the Blues looked to have been pipped to Mario's signature by Inter Milan.
The Serie A giants, the report claims, have seen a £29m bid accepted by Sporting.
It is thought the player has agreed personal terms and will sign a five-year deal.
