CHRISTIAN BENTEKE appears to have produced a U-turn on his Liverpool future, according to reports.

Over the weekend, reports emerged suggesting Benteke had agreed personal terms with Crystal Palace, with just a transfer fee left to discuss.
The Eagles were thought to have made a £25million bid, but Liverpool want to recoup the full £32.5m they spent on the Belgian last summer.
And despite his inconsistent displays last term, Benteke is committed to the Reds project.
The Guardian claim that Benteke is aware of the fact Liverpool are demanding a lot for him and he is prepared to try and force his way into Jurgen Klopp’s plans.
This is as the reports suggests, if a deal is not forthcoming.
Although the Merseyside outfit have fielded many enquiries for the 25-year-old, his asking price has been a sticking point.

Benteke however, faces a serious battle to gain a first-team berth, with Roberto Firmino, Divock Origi and Danny Ings also hoping to impress the manager during pre-season.
