England job eyed by Inter Milan's Roberto Mancini as FA opt against Harry Redknapp
ROBERTO MANCINI is interested in the vacant England job – and Harry Redknapp has been ruled out as a potential successor to Roy Hodgson.

Inter Milan boss Mancini is understood to be intrigued by the opportunity having enjoyed a successful spell at Manchester City where he won the title. The Italian club has recently been bought by Chinese investors to create uncertainty around the position of Mancini, who has a year to run on his contract.
The Football Association have spoken to Redknapp about how to fix English football but he will not be considered as a permanent candidate for the position.
The FA are seeking a manager who can create a strong team identity for England and link up with the development teams at St George’s Park.
Sam Allardyce is the leading English candidate and has a get out clause in his contract at Sunderland, while foreign contenders may also include former Everton manager Roberto Martinez and Jurgen Klinsmann.
