Man Utd Transfer News: Paul Pogba will only sign if Real move becomes impossible
MANCHESTER UNITED will get Paul Pogba if a move to Real Madrid proves impossible for the midfielder, according to reports.
Paul Pogba is on Manchester United's radar
The 23-year-old has been continually linked with a move back to Old Trafford.
Jose Mourinho, who has already completed deals for Eric Bailly and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is reportedly increasingly optimistic of landing Pogba.
The Portuguese has been handed a £200m kitty to fund a summer spending spree.
Although it is thought Pogba could smash the world transfer record if he leaves Juventus, United’s hopes on getting the Frenchman will rest upon their ability to outbid Real Madrid.
The La Liga giants have been courting Pogba, and according to the Guardian, the player will choose United if he can’t get his dream switch to the Bernabeu.
United also may have the upper hand, with super agent Mino Raiola already brokering the Ibrahimovic deal with Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan likely to follow this week.
