Pato joined Chelsea on loan during last winter's transfer window but made just two appearances for the club.
The former AC Milan striker was released back to Corinthians last week as Chelsea declined to exercise an option to sign him permanently.
And De Andrade has revealed the Brazilian club want to sell Pato, with Lazio supposedly interested.

“We’re aware of our mistakes. If he stays with us then of course he’ll play. We’re paying his salary, why would be we use him?”
Chelsea have also let Radamel Falcao rejoin Monaco after a disappointing loan spell, while Loic Remy is expected to leave this summer.
Diego Costa has supposedly told club bosses he wants to quit the club - with Atletico Madrid interested - and Michy Batshuayi's £33million arrival from Marseille has fuelled reports Costa could be sold.
