MANCHESTER CITY are reportedly planning to trigger Toni Kroos' £63million release clause despite the player insisting he isn't interested in a move.

New City boss Pep Guardiola is a fan of Germany international Kroos, who joined Real Madrid from Bayern Munich for £21.5m two years ago.
Guardiola had tried and failed to keep Kroos in Germany when he was manager of Bayern and is now being eyeing a reunion at the Etihad.
And the Sunday Mirror claim that could happen if City meet his huge contract clause.

"If I started to make a comment about every rumour, I would not be able to stop talking about it.
"Another rumour said that I would return to Bayern. I still have four years of my contract with Real. That should be enough."
City have already signed midfielders Nolito and Ilkay Gundogan this summer and more deals are expected before the transfer window closes.
