United manager Mourinho is keen to restructure his team ahead of next season, with Pogba on his shopping list.
Spanish newspaper AS yesterday claimed United were in talks with Juve over a £97.5million bid for Pogba.
And the Manchester Evening News claim a deal to re-sign their former midfield could leave United seeking for a buyer for Schweinsteiger.
And Schweinsteiger could be sacrificed despite only arriving at Old Trafford last summer.
The 31-year-old is currently enjoying a strong Euro 2016 with Germany and scored in their 2-0 group-stage win over Ukraine.

Germany face Slovakia today (5pm) for a place in the quarter-finals, with either Italy or Spain awaiting the victor.
As for United, Schweinsteiger is seen as the man most likely to be axed over veteran Michael Carrick because the latter has recently agreed a new one-year contract extension, while his status as a home-grown player makes him a valuable commodity to United's squad in both the Premier League and Europe.
