BASTIAN SCHWEINSTEIGER has made history at Euro 2016.
Bastian Schweinsteiger has made the most appearances for Germany at a European Championships
The Manchester United midfielder set a new record for Germany last night in their 1-0 win over Northern Ireland.
He overtook Philipp Lahm to become Germany's record appearance holder at the European Championships with 15 appearances.
The 31-year-old made his tournament debut at Euro 2004.
He has made one more than Lahm.
Schweinsteiger took to Twitter ahead of last night's game and tweeted: "We'll play a strong opponent tonight.

"However, our goal is to finish the group in first place!"
Germany finished top of their group courtesy of last night's victory.
Schweinsteiger finished off last season by lifting the FA Cup at Wembley.
