Everton plan swoop for former Man United winger: He wants Premier League move
NEW Everton boss Ronald Koeman is reportedly interested in a move for former Manchester United winger Nani.
Nani is currently at Euro 2016 with Portugal
The Portugal international was sold by United to Fenerbahce last summer after being deemed surplus to requirements by former Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal.
The 29-year-old hit the ground running in Turkey, scoring 12 goals and assisting 13 times last season in his debut campaign with the Super Lig giants.
Nani’s impressive form has seen him linked with a move away from Fenerbahce this summer.
His preferred choice would reportedly be a return to England.
And now the Daily Mail claim Everton are interested in his signature.
Euro 2016 stars Manchester United should sign
However the Toffees face competition from Valencia and Inter Milan for Nani’s signature.
The winger, who is currently at Euro 2016 with Portugal, has a £6.5million release clause in his contract with Fenerbahce.
The report adds Everton have also been offered Victor Valdes, who is a free agent after being released from United.
