Revealed: The text messages Jose Mourinho has sent to every Manchester United star
JOSE MOURINHO has re-assured his Manchester United players that he will give all of them a fair crack of the whip when they report back for pre-season training next month.
Jose Mourinho likes a text message
Mourinho is understood to have texted every senior United squad member to say ‘hello’, express how much he is looking forward to working with them and wish them luck if they are playing in the Euros.
It is marked contrast in tone to Mourinho’s final season at Chelsea which was disfigured by fall-outs with several stars as results dipped, resulting in him being sacked just before Christmas.
He is clearly determined to get off on the right foot at Old Trafford despite speculation that he will revamp a squad that failed to qualify for the Champions League.

So far Mourinho has bought Ivory Coast defender Eric Bailly from Villareal for £30m and is expected to sign Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain after the Euros.
United have also been linked with PSG midfielder Marco Verratti and Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane.
