The Gunners have already announced the £30million arrival of Borussia Monchengladbach’s Granit Xhaka, while they have triggered Jamie Vardy’s £20m release clause.
More deals are expected before the transfer window shuts at the start of September, with Wenger heading into the final 12 months of his contract seeking a first title since 2004.
Arsenal finished second last season - 10 points behind champions Leicester - and former goalkeeper Seaman insists the squad only needs small alterations.

And Seaman believes the 29-year-old would fit well into Wenger’s squad.
“I was hoping that he would come,” the 52-year-old said.
“People say he’s not an Arsenal type of player but he just gives us another option.
“Of course Jamie Vardy is not just a guy that gets the ball over the top. Come on, he’s got a lot more to his game than that.
“If he can add that to the Arsenal team, which is a ball over the top plus the rest of his game then it’s a great signing for me.”
