EVERTON have agreed a deal to make Ronald Koeman their new manager.
Ronald Koeman has agreed a deal to become Everton boss
Everton have been locked in talks with Southampton this week over the compensation fee - believed to be around £5million.
The Toffees sacked Roberto Martinez ahead of the last game of the season and made Koeman their No.1 target.
And now, according to the BBC, the deal is done and Koeman will take charge at Goodison.

Koeman initially distanced himself from the position but has now agreed terms and was waiting for the green light from Southampton.
Koeman moved to England in 2014, leaving Feyenoord, to replace Mauricio Pochettino at Saints.
Southampton finished sixth this season - with Everton down in 11th.
But under new ownership and with the promise of a huge transfer kitty they have convinced the Dutchman to jump ship.
Everton are likely to announce the deal in the next 48 hours and Southampton will step up their search for a replacement.
Eddie Howe, Unai Emery and Manuel Pellegrini are in the running for the St Mary's post.
