Everton have approached Koeman, 53, over their vacant manager post.
The Toffees are seeking a replacement for Roberto Martinez, who was sacked before their final game of the season last week.
But the Daily Mirror claim Koeman isn't interested in moving to Goodison Park and instead has his eyes on another job.

It is also claimed he could head to Barcelona if Luis Enrique is axed or departs next summer.
Frank de Boer, who Express Sport understands has held talks with Everton, is another name tipped for contention for the Arsenal post, as is Ajax coach Dennis Bergkamp.
As for Everton, former Borussia Monchengladbach coach Lucien Favre emerged as a possible candidate this week, while Jose Mourinho has also been linked with the job.
