Barcelona blow Chelsea and Manchester United out of the water with huge deal

The Catalan giants are in talks with Nike to extend their kit sponsorship deal.

Barcelona, who secured their second consecutive La Liga title with a 3-0 away win over Granada last weekend, are set to earn £77million-a-year (100m euros) according to Spanish newspaper Diario Ara.

The Blues announced last week that the 2016/17 campaign will be their final year with Adidas, with a deal to terminate their agreement early thought to have cost the club millions.

However, the new Nike contract will double their current kit sponsorship earnings to £60m-a-year.
