West Ham fans surround the Manchester United team bus
United did not arrive at the Boleyn Ground until 7.10pm, just 35 minutes before the game was scheduled to kick off.
The team bus was unable to make its way through the massive crowds outisde the ground ahead of West Ham's last ever game at Upton Park ahead of their move to the Olympic Stadium next season.
And after a request was made by the United club secretary, the game was pushed back until 8.30pm to allow the away team to warm up properly.
"I'm gravely disappointed, more for our supporters.
"What people forget is they've got trains and buses to get home and we've got a wonderful, wonderful show after the game for them. many just can't stay any more.
