Manchester City have approached Juventus for Paul Pogba
Pogba is one of the world's most in-demand players and has reportedly attracted interest from Manchester United, City and Chelsea.
And now Juve chief Marotta has confirmed the hype, revealing Manuel Pellegrini's side made an approach for the France international last year.
Pogba has made 123 league appearances for Juventus since joining from United in 2012, scoring 28 goals.
The midfielder has four Serie A titles to his name and will be a crucial part of Didier Dechamps' France squad in this summer's European Championships.
