Watford eye deal to wrap up Chelsea ace in summer switch
WATFORD hope to sign Chelsea loanee Nathan Ake on a permanent deal.
Nathan Ake has impressed at Watford on loan this season
The Dutch defender has shone during his season-long loan spell and manager Quique Flores is keen to bring him back to Vicarage Road on a full-time basis next season.
Ake, 21, signed a long-term contract before leaving Stamford Bridge last summer.
However, regular first-team football in the Premier League with the Hornets could persuade him to make the move permanent.
Ake has made 19 league appearances for Watford this term, missing 10 in total so far. But Flores' side have won just once when Ake has been out of the side.
Having contributed to an FA Cup run too, Ake's value to the team is undoubted.
