Manchester City eye £20m deal amid claims of huge China investment
MANCHESTER CITY are reportedly eyeing a £20million swoop of Borussia Dortmund starlet Julian Weigl, while they are also pushing to set up a new club in China.

City's billionaire owner Sheikh Mansour is keen to expand his football franchise after creating sister clubs to City in New York and Melbourne.
He also has a share in japanese side Yokohama F. Marinos.
Now The Independent claim there are plans to set up a club in the Chinese Super League.
Incoming manager Pep Guardiola is said to be a fan of the midfielder, who joined Dortmund from 1860 Munich on a free deal only last summer.
Tottenham reportedly wanted to sign him last August.
Weigl, 20, boasts 38 appearances for Dortmund this season band is highly regarded in Germany.
He is said to have attracted glowing reports from scouts at City, with the club expected to stump up £20m for his signature.
