According to Italian website Per Sempre Napoli, the Serie A club are willing to pay £20million for the striker.
Sturridge, 26, has endured a nightmare 18 months at Anfield due to a series of injuries.
He has only just returned to full fitness and is still being treated tentatively by Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.
Napoli are currently expected to secure a Champions League spot for next season as they challenge Juventus for the Italian title.
They sit three points off Juve in second place with nine games of the season remaining.
Klopp: "Sturridge fit as he can be"
Were Sturridge to secure a move to Napoli he would likely follow Mario Balotelli to Serie A.
Balotelli is currently on loan at AC Milan and may make his stay at the San Siro permanent this summer.
Like Sturridge, Balotelli has endured an injury-hit campaign but reports in Italy claim the club are willing to keep him on their books.
A number of other Italian clubs are said to be keen on the Premier League title winner, as well as the money-flushed Chinese Super League.
As for Sturridge, he remains Liverpool's main striker and there are growing reports Christian Benteke will instead be axed before the start of next season.
