This Arsenal star will make great manager, claims team-mate
HECTOR BELLERIN believes Mikel Arteta could make a great manager when he finishes his playing career.
Hector Bellerin and Mikel Arteta
The Spanish duo have had very different levels of involvement this season: Arteta has yet to start a Premier League game while Bellerin has missed only two.
The injuries which have kept elder player out of the team have led to him drawing the interest of Pep Guardiola, who Express Sport understands would like to add the 33-year-old to his coaching team at Manchester City next season.
And Bellerin, who like Arteta came through at Barcelona initially, believes Guardiola would be getting a very talented thinker about the game.
“But he always does it with a positive mindset, so he’ll never try and boss you in a bad way.
"It’s a characteristic that every captain has to have.”
