Man United and Chelsea handed £46.5m striker blow as agent cools transfer talk
CARLOS BACCA looks set to stay at AC Milan despite interest from across Europe.
Bacca is said to be enjoying life at the San Siro
The Colombian only joined Milan in a £23.2million switch from Sevilla last summer but his 13 Serie A goals so far this season have attracted the attention of several other big European clubs.
Both Manchester United and Chelsea were both linked with a £46.5m deal for the striker in January as the clubs seek to provide competition for Wayne Rooney and Diego Costa respectively.
But Bacca's agent Sergio Barila claims his client is more than happy at AC Milan, pouring cold water on any thoughts of a summer transfer.
"He also wants to lead the team into Europe next season.
“Does Ancelotti want him? I don’t want to create controversy, I’ll just say that many teams like Bacca without mentioning one in particular because I don’t want to start a controversy.”
